Inspiration For the Gstring and Pocket Rock Shape

The Gstring and Pocket Rock shapes are inspired by the logarithmic spiral. This beautiful spiral is found within nature, mathematics, and in cam lobes. It’s formed by a spiral whose radius is constantly increasing from the center out. It’s known by many different names and there are many variations. However, they all have in common the constantly changing radius of the spiral. This creates a form that’s both pleasing to the eye and functional when used as the basis for the design of training grips which offer variable grip positions.
